Lane Keeping Assist helps detect lane departure and applies slight corrective steering measures to help keep vehicle from drifting out of lane (reverse steering torque).	A radar sensor on the front of the Genesis G80 detects the distance from the car ahead, automatically maintaining the distance and speed set by the driver.	Blind Spot Detection (BSD) heightens awareness by alerting the driver when there is an object in a blind spot as they attempt to change lanes.

Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) works in unison with the Smart Cruise Control system radar and Lane Keep Assist camera to detect a slower or stopped vehicle ahead and then swiftly engages automatic braking.
