Followed the directions exactly and made a clean install(no bubbles). Afterwards it clearly stands out when you step back and look at it. Its really quite limited in the area it protects. Wife disliked it so much that I pulled it off and tossed it....money down the drain. Not so sure it would really protect enough of the area anyway.
