Hyundai Palisade Tow Hitch
This is a nicely made hitch, with advantages over the aftermarket options. It's all welded, so no bolted junctions, and the main support tube drops down to carry the receiver, instead of having a more "hidden style" set of narrow steel brackets which descend below the rear fascia. It also has a nice bracket for retaining the 4-pin wiring harness, if you are going to use it. It's more expensive than the main aftermarket option but a lot cheaper than the totally hidden bolt-together alternative. Installation in my driveway was relatively straightforward using hand tools by myself, I didn't need to raise the back of the car and all the mounts lined up perfectly. It shipped in a huge and very tough cardboard box and arrived in perfect condition. |
