What is a Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are used by UPS to identify and trace every package as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your package, and you can use this number to track, locate and verify arrival of your package, as well as other details.

Tracking by E-Mail
UPS e-mail tracking is available even when the web isn't. To track using e-mail, specify one UPS tracking number in each e-mail message and address it to totaltrack@ups.com. Tracking information will be automatically returned to your e-mail address.
